Announcing the ReSync + Boltz-2 Integration
View and share Boltz-2 structure & affinity predictions with your team on ReSync!
ReSync Users and Community,
We're thrilled to share that Boltz-2, a new biomolecular foundation model announced on Friday June 6, is now available on the ReSync platform. Boltz-2’s release has generated a lot of excitement due to its capability to model both structure and binding affinity prediction, approaching FEP-levels of accuracy. This integration marks another advancement in ReSync’s computational capabilities, following our recent partnership with NVIDIA.
Developed by the team at MIT's Jameel Clinic in collaboration with Recursion, Boltz-2 represents a significant leap in AI-based protein-ligand modeling:
First AI model to approach FEP-level performance in binding affinity prediction
Lightning Fast - when run on GPU (as it is on ReSync), Boltz-2 is 1000x faster than traditional physics-based simulation
Enhanced controllability with custom constraints and templates
On the ReSync platform, you can now seamlessly integrate Boltz-2 with our existing suite of models, including NVIDIA's BioNemo, Rowan's simulation tools, and ReSync’s industry-leading models including ADME and toxicity predictions. This powerful combination enables you to:
Seamlessly integrate cutting-edge computational tools into your DMTA cycles - go straight from generated compounds to synthesis and assay requests.
Screen compounds at significantly higher scale than other tools, and now predict their binding affinity as a part of your multi-parameter optimization.
View and share results from Boltz-2, DiffDock, and all our other models with other team members directly in the ReSync platform, right alongside assay data
With our generative models including GenMol and MolMIM, teams can now go from Target Sequence → Folded Protein → GenAI Generated Molecules → Scored Affinity Predictions → Synthesis and Assay Requests in an automated workflow, with no code required.
To start using Boltz-2 and explore its capabilities, simply log into your ReSync account and select Boltz-2 under the Action Menu (see image below).
We look forward to seeing how you leverage these powerful new capabilities in your research. For more technical details about Boltz-2, we encourage you to read the full manuscript.
Happy Discovery!
